Justin Sherman is a special young coach who started his own baseball business helping educate kids 5-10 years old, parents and coaches. Coaching this age group makes you a much better coach, teacher and skill development person. Justin learned from his mentors Eric Holtz & Darren Gurney, past guests on the show but having a speech delay when he was young, getting cut from high school baseball and finally making it on varsity and starting his own disc jockey business at 13 years old is what shaped his special skills to work with young kids.
