Christian is an ex-college baseball player who has spent the previous few years exploring the deficiencies of training and development of the Latin American youth baseball players. Based off his time managing a series of young Latin professionals with a few different MLB organizations Christian has become involved in the Tech space where he now works with computer programmers and business development professionals to help bring a holistic approach to better the future generations of Latin American talent. He also traveled to Germany and experience the game of Handball, videotaped players, tested them at different ages, see the similarities to throwing, pitching and how we can use handball to help develop baseball players.

Developing a special app to help Latin American players or foreign players adapt to life in the USA and future work when they do not make it to the big leagues. Stats, Dominican summer league 907 players, 6 played major league roster.

The app is built to aid Latin players with everyday life and on the field production.

It’s being built in accordance with successful language companies who are working to aid the language gap with me.

The app will also provide players post career opportunities by giving them transferable skill sets now.

Already working with ex Latin American professionals and a few current scouts and coaches.
