Today, Dr. Fleisig and the Coach discuss the reasons as to why we are experiencing such an epidemic of arm injuries at the younger levels of baseball, as well as in the big leagues. Plus, the two discuss what they can teach coaches, parents, and players in order to help decrease the odds of incurring such catastrophic injuries.
