BC Baseball is the largest grassroots level baseball program in British Columbia with over 17,000 kids.
On this episode of Baseball Outside the Box, Coach Caliendo, one of the instructors for the BC Baseball Educational Baseball Program, is in British Columbia for BC Baseball’s 7th Annual Coaches, Parents, and Players Caravan. Caliendo interviews all the instructors involved with the camp as they tell us about the evolution of the camp’s inception, what kids will learn, and integrating parents into the game in order to teach them about the “do’s and don’ts” of being a parent, coach, and fan. This program has helped develop the grassroots level by educating coaches, players, and parents in activities which can make the game fun, and make your child’s baseball experience a success.
